Ways to Book and Pay
Important:
- Deposit payment is $200 per person and non-returnable. (See Booking Conditions).
- Tours booked less than 8 weeks before their Start Date must be paid in full on booking.
- If requesting a guaranteed single room, additional payment must be made in full on booking.
- Your booking is confirmed when we have received your signed Booking Form and you receive from us an Invoice for Final Payment or our Confirmation of Receipt of Full Payment (if paying in full on booking).
- Four weeks before a tour we will send your Final Joining Instructions.
To Pay by Cheque

Make a cheque payable to Easywalking Holidays Ltd, for the Total Deposit of $200 per person (if more than 8 weeks before tour), or the Full Tour Cost (if less than 8 weeks before tour). Add the full cost of a guaranteed single room if requesting this. |

Add the full cost of a guaranteed single room if requesting this. |
