Important:

Deposit payment is $200 per person and non-returnable. (See Booking Conditions).
Tours booked less than 8 weeks before their Start Date must be paid in full on booking.
If requesting a guaranteed single room, additional payment must be made in full on booking.
Your booking is confirmed when we have received your signed Booking Form and you receive from us an Invoice for Final Payment or our Confirmation of Receipt of Full Payment (if paying in full on booking).
Four weeks before a tour we will send your Final Joining Instructions.

To Pay by Cheque

Step 1:	Download and complete the Booking Form.
Step 2:	Make a cheque payable to Easywalking Holidays Ltd, for the Total Deposit of $200 per person (if more than 8 weeks before tour), or the Full Tour Cost (if less than 8 weeks before tour). Add the full cost of a guaranteed single room if requesting this.
Step 3:	Post or fax the completed Booking Form and cheque to Easywalking Holidays Ltd, PO Box 8728, Havelock North 4130, New Zealand. Fax No: +64 6 875 8272.

To Pay by Direct Bank Payment

Step 1:	Download and complete the Booking Form and post or fax to Easywalking Holidays Ltd, PO Box 8728, Havelock North 4130, New Zealand. Fax No: +64 6 875 8272.
Step 2:	Make a direct bank payment to Easywalking Holidays Ltd. The National Bank, Hastings, New Zealand, Account No. 06 0645 0444303-00, for the Total Deposit of $200 per person (if more than 8 weeks before tour), or the Full Tour Cost (if less than 8 weeks before tour). Add the full cost of a guaranteed single room if requesting this.

To Pay Online

Step 1:	Choose your preferred tour from the Tour Options below.
Step 2:	Next to the 'Pay Now' Button of your chosen tour, select the Payment Option you wish to make; that is, whether you wish to pay in full or a deposit. If you pay an initial deposit, you can return until one month before departure to pay the remaining tour balance.
Step 3:	Select ‘Pay Now’ Button, then specify number of places required and continue through payment instructions. Payment is made via 'Paypal' the secure payment method used by eBay and major online retailers. If you do not have, or do not wish to use your own Paypal account, simply go straight on to Credit/Debit Card payment by clicking ‘Continue’.
